an unexpected event that makes me go back into my shell and makes me want to stay less online. 

the last time it happened, it was when i got the news from my doc about corneal transplant in my right eye. 2 weeks of non stop binging. did not talk to anyone. did not leave my room unless it was for food.

my goal was to stop using it as a crutch to feel less alone or drown out the constant thoughts in my mind. 

i have adhd so the lack of attention span comes from there so does the hyper-focus. diff to tell if this change affected it.

i do crave for it sometimes bc i heavily relied on nonstop audio content playing in the bg to keep my mind busy and not feel alone for years. was a crutch. whenever i crave that "sound", i now play music. i sometimes go to youtube to watch little 5 min videos of the monk or the office while i eat but it is very rare.
