cant wait to be in that headspace. currently only on day 17 of working out after a 8 year break.

i haven’t been doing a lot bc i don’t want to tire myself out of not continuing. most days it’s a lot of walking. as an adhd-er i’m focusing on forming a habit first.

No rest days?😲
