I get a minimum 1m impressions a month on twitter and have never made a cent off the platform so yes the $25 notification here brings me joy

it may have become the norm but it feels very predatory :( nearly not the same, but feels very similar to big art/photo awards where you pay a fee to submit your work for consideration. 

never had tiktok so TIL that you don’t need to pay for a premium account there.

you'd be surprised. i talked to so many creators who use platforms that require them to pay in order to get paid. at least you don't have to do that on tiktok lol.
