The Ghibli effect has shown two things: 1. We are Black Mirror Levels of cooked for marketing, trends, and group think. 2. AI marketing is going to create trends faster AND kill trends just as fast. Trends used to last years and maintain cultural relevance over years, decades even. Those days are over.

Watched a case study on that brand marketing. It was flawless. The fact that it reached me and my TL and I’m not even a fan or a listener of her music speaks to the power of trends and marketing.
