Being here is interesting in a negative way to me... I’ve never been around this many Trump and conservative policy supporters. Maybe the recommendation engine is isn’t great?

I’m from the South so I’ve used the internet and academia to connect with liberal ideologies. Heck, I even moved northeast. I feel like the tech landscape has changed dramatically in a decade. It’s weird in the macro and micro context of election season.

My biggest take away from this upcoming election is that Mike Pence, Trumps VP in his last term along with other 40 cabinet members of his presidency won’t support him to be president again, that speaks volume!

I appreciate the recommendation. I don’t really enjoy that channel because of the international community (OFAC sanctioned countries and bots) commenting on US policies, elections, and the betting data. It skews my perception of reality and that makes me anxious.

Thanks for sharing & agree is a bit dystopian But so much disinformation out there that we need voice of reason to be share too otherwise we move towards a more radicalized world
