My friends are getting babka from me via Goldbelly this holiday season. A taste of NY for my non-New Yorker friends.

I’m a sucker for ornate packaging for gifts but not compromising on flavor. Love that “Wow factor!” What’s your favorite spot for babka?

2) Breads Bakery
3) Kossar’s

I sent Kossar’s to my parents last year— they loved it. I recently had Breads and it’s fire! Can’t really go wrong with any on the list.

I actually had Kossar’s for the first time this year. All of them make a great babka. It’s hard to choose so going the fan favorite route.

My vote is Breads. It’s that blue ribbon for me.
