Love it, great work! Got to find what works for you. For me - super early at 5am, no excuses with work etc. Nothing gets in the way then. Slow and steady healthy eating and work up from 3 times a week to 6 which is probably too many but I enjoy it. Has taken me around 18 months to get back to where I was and shift 20 lbs. just in time for the holidays and to put it all back on 🤣. Good luck and keep it up 🍖 x200 $degen
