**[Please Read]** Precious Noggles and Prop 685 have different financial structures. Precious Noggles' bills are not covered by Prop 685 because the entire Prop budget is allocated to building a mobile clinic and producing 1k recycled prescription glasses for kids. She also invested in new sales formats like consignment and sent PN for builders that unfortunately got confiscated by custom. As a result, PN closed the year in the red, owing @marinioac a few thousand dollars. Now, PN is receiving Flows to keep running.

With Flows, we will be able to invest on new equipment, pay @marinioac and later send some PN to builders that can’t afford them.

@marinioac has a management fee on Prop 685, which is very low compared to any other Nouns proposal and the amount of work she is doing. Therefore, this budget cannot be used to invest in PN. There are 20 PN in the Prop 685 budget, but we may use part of it for the film crew. Prop 685 budget is pretty thigh for what has been planned.
