Are there any examples of blockchain opcodes with fixed cost but dynamic resource consumption? SELFDESTRUCT used to be like this in the EVM, but it got removed in Dencun.

STORE has a 1-time cost, but an indefinite cost (stored forever) ...ok, a bit of a stretch 😁
