Any payment library that allows for "credit card" like behavior of tokens? E.g. deposit 100 USDC, authorized people can "bill" you and pull from it. User can withdraw the deposited USDC after a delay (so users can't rug bills they are paying for) Is this what Sablier does @prberg?
