The longer I fast in the evening, the better I sleep. I used to do 3 to 4 hours of fasting, but I've recently switched to ~7 hours and the improvements in HRV and restfulness are noticeable.

have you noticed any impact of long fasting on your focus levels or even judgement to some aspect?

Not really, but I was already pretty healthy. To me, it's more about avoidance of carbs than fasting per se. High-carb meals agitate me.

Makes sense. Your baseline health is so good that this doesn't cause much effect except for keeping those carbs away.
