I generally agree, though I think it matters how one gets rich. If you've made money providing value to others, there's nothing to feel guilty about. I suspect some rich people just inherited money or made it in a dishonest way, so for them guilt might be appropriate.

If I had to do it over I would have spent My twenties maximizing my income. you can do all sorts of crazy things when you don't have commitments...like sleeping on couches, working insane hours....
