My prebiotic and probiotic recommendations: → Psyllium husk → Performance Lab's Prebiotic → BioGaia's Lactobacillus Reuteri → Pendulum's Akkermansia → Pendulum's Polyphenol Booster → Vivomixx → Yoghurts → Kimchi However, YMMV. There's a lot of individual variability.

I would also add that geography location is very important to our gut bacteria. So whenever traveling to a new place try to eat their fermented foods to get some of those good bacteria in your gut.
