🧘 Simple Desk Stretches for Better Health and Productivity 🖥️ Working long hours at a desk can take a toll on your body. Here are some simple stretches you can do to stay healthy and productive: Neck Stretch: Tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for 15 seconds and switch sides. Repeat 3 times🧏 Shoulder Shrugs: Lift your shoulders up to your ears and hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times🤷 Seated Twist: Sit up straight, place your right hand on the back of your chair, and twist your torso to the right. Hold for 15 seconds and switch sides. Repeat 3 times. 🪑 Wrist Stretch: Extend one arm in front of you, palm up, and gently pull back on your fingers with the opposite hand. Hold for 15 seconds and switch sides.
