What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

I think the baseline
- at least a year cliff, 4yr vesting schedule (preferably 8yr but I’ve been laughed for this)
- 50% of the tokens distributed for non insiders (LM, Airdrops, other protocol KPIs) 
- Purpose in the protocol, tied to its success, as opposed to just “governance token”

Juno on cosmos had 12 year vesting but they had their own chaos

Maybe one approach worth exploring is the following 
* long vesting but acceleratable for core team by community vote

This way the core team or even investor can be incentivized in short term by accelerating some funds without diluting token supply and it can be set on key milestones
