Feature request: being able to link users to a specific composer action since easiest way for users who ask how to post a bounty on Bountycaster would be sending them the Bountycaster composer link

Ah I see. Probably because composer is new thing here, not much feature just for now. I'll ask my fren if they can do it. 🙌
