In writing Solidity smart contracts, what's the best way to batch transfer ETH to a large group of recipients?

Create a payable function that is predicated with onlyOwner and has multiple address parameters and uint256 for token amount (you could also use a structure for tuples if you know how). Then use the transfer function to disburse the funds.
