I've never done a before/after thing or shared a shirtless photo of me for that matter lol. Here's me in March 2023 and September 2023. After losing ~40lb (205 to 165) in 6 months. Caloric deficit + Pilates + Yoga + Weightlifting

I take L-theanine and Magnesium mainly to improve sleep, l-citrulline and ashwagandha for blood pressure but they might also help workout performance. I started taking creatine two weeks ago. Then a general multivitamin.
