Why can't we have more of these beautiful bike racks? Would have love to see a bike in it. Art can be functional!

In my city you won’t find such space. Circular is nice but requires larger room, it is easier to fit them on a line. 

It may be the future in europe but it would never work in latin america.

they could! but i don’t think circular shapes work for big cities
