In my city you won’t find such space. Circular is nice but requires larger room, it is easier to fit them on a line. 

It may be the future in europe but it would never work in latin america.

It could be designed to have a place to lock it too, but definitely a constant to bring it here...

Someone would steal it and leave the bikes
