I’ve worked at a crypto recruitment company for 2 months now. The main thing I’m learning is that it’s reeeeallly hard for people with no web3 experience to get in right now. If you’re hiring, are you open to web2 peeps? How would they stand out beyond the obvious (being involved in communities etc)?

My teams are open to web2 people. I think the most important factor is that values are aligned and that they are willing to learn. In the Ethereum ecosystem we actively want to help onboard the next billion users, actively shutting out web2 people would be shooting ourselves in the foot.
