I love Korean food and lived in Seoul for two years (my son was born there). I am going to make some japchae and was looking for wood ear mushrooms. The lady at the Korean store in town told me these were them...but looking online it says that these aren't them. I am just hoping I got the right kind. If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it. I'm going to make it for dinner tonite. ๐ Thank you! ๐
