there are a lot of parallels between token communities and company culture
how?
it's human nature: when everyone is winning, cultures are more positive, optimistic, forward looking
when everyone is not winning (or winning less often), people get nervous , more disgruntled, backwards looking
the lesson here: to shift culture, create more wins
sounds straightforward, right? harder to actually do
the only way to navigate this is to focus on making one day better than the day before, one week better than the week before, and then after a few such weeks minds and cultures tend to shift very fast 5 replies
