We started to get hit with spam from active badge accounts so we updated the requirement for users posting a bounty or pitching in funds to having a power badge OR an account before Farcaster went permissionless

Hei it's not a page just a modal and it can look something like this for example. But as I mentioned in the issue functionality is more important then the design.

what do you want the new page route to be called? I am guessing I am to create a new page with the above detail
