the combination in crypto of financial stakes + 24/7 markets (+ weekends) and the fact that so many of us are just sort of working for the bag means if you aren't on, you feel like you're missing out. that pace bleeds into relationships, too

time off is good, especially if you have a lot to do

my best time in crypto is when I'm level headed, vibing, and enjoying the space and people. this past weekend got a bit emotional and then draining with so much going on onchain. taking some time for my crypto equivalent of a wikibreak. plenty of other business to attend to anyway. will be sure to touch some grass 🌱
