at the beginning of the year as we were sunsetting our 8th app,

i was feeling crushed, so i went to a cafe and just sat there blanking out for hours 

then, the idea of perl.xyz just “came to” me. didn’t even try.

how are you thinking about the balance between pivoting vs starting a new business? dilution, follow on rounds, fucked up cap tables, need for new team? 

I agree on never giving up, but I think there is nuance to what it means to give up and in what context
