how are you thinking about the balance between pivoting vs starting a new business? dilution, follow on rounds, fucked up cap tables, need for new team? I agree on never giving up, but I think there is nuance to what it means to give up and in what context

I had 5+ projects with 1000s of users and revenue less than $100. I finally figured that the product market fit is really important :p now I have a new app, went live 4 days ago, so far 20 registered users and revenue $300+. Keep fighting people and go to a narrow vertical niche first
