I’ve not found this to be true for myself. Although wouldn’t know how to measure. Sleep I know for sure impacts my ability to think.

Sleep is the most recognizable in the short term. I think exercise is more mid to long term. Simply put, you need excellent blood flow to the brain for optimal health and regular exercise ensures this.
