Fleshing out the content on the per-wallet page. Sections now have annotated reference links to the wallet's codebase as evidence of their claims, and there is a "what can <wallet> do to improve?" section.

There will also be a "How is this attribute rated?" section to describe the detailed set of requirements needed to get a perfect rating on each attribute. Not implemented yet.
