Yeah even tiny sub 5k grants now require full KYC. Gone are the good old days where people wouldn't even tolerate mentioning that

Need a phone number to sign up, and won't accept VoIP carriers.
They will accept numbers in Telegram's own "+888" anonymous number range, but those go for 5k~20k USD each.
Also can't use a burner number, because you need to retain access to the number to be able to sign in later in the future.
