What would an onchain video platform look like according to you? What would be the benefit for the end user if any?

What's in it for the end user? Obvious gain for devs but user value must be there as well.

guess proof of viewership would be submitted on chain would could trigger ad rev share to creator & the fan?

Also could make for algorithms design space if post + graph data was easily queryable via the blockchain
