walletconnect never collected the eth addresses from its users, when users used Walletconnect they were instead tracked in analytics via a userID

in order for walletconenct to actually tie those userIDs back to your actual eth address, they need you to connect to the registration site **using walletconnect**

Didn't work neither - I keep the same error even when connecting via walletconnect
