Apple

Does anyone have a mouse that actually works with Apple that is not the magic mouse? I have the MX Master 3S but the cursor jumps around the screen so often that it's driving me crazy. Went down so many rabbit holes trying to fix it.

I use the same mouse on MacOS and haven’t noticed any jump. Are you using a USB dongle or connecting directly via Bluetooth? I’m using the latter. Maybe the dongle makes the mouse more jittery/sensitive, I’m not sure.

Make sure you don’t have both and the mouse switches between them

I’m using the dongle. I can’t figure out how to just use Bluetooth. Boomer energy over here.

Unplug the dongle, press the 1-2-3 button underneath the mouse until it blinks, go to MacOS Bluetooth settings and add a new device. It will find the mouse, just add it there. You won’t need the dongle anymore
