Afaik no browsers have native ENS resolution currently. Brave used to, Opera might still.

dot limo is a single resolver provider. other options exist like scottrepreneur.eth.sucks

These providers could mess with their version of your instance but you can switch to another resolver/provide your own. eth.degen or otherwise

e.g. don't rely on a Safe app served via ENS in the short term, static sites are great

There are some smaller research or prototype browsers like peersky that will resolve ENS. But otherwise, this is correct. Quick plug: you can set a custom resolver and host your ENS site for free on Orbiter with auto updates when you change your site.
