This reminds me of a conversation @kyletut and I had earlier today about AI responses being influenced by simple contexts such as the month of the year. Incorrect context misleads AI in the same way a leader ant may mislead the rest of the army.

Interestingly, we don’t need to look down to the ant scale for that behavior. We humans also stumble into “walking in a big circle” of literal death cults (e.g., Jonestown), waging cannon-fodder wars at the behest of dictators (e.g., Russia), falling for propaganda, etc. 1/
