Yeah I actually don’t mind npm workspaces

I personally love monorepos. Such a great way to build out an ecosystem of products.

Where it can go wrong is when you introduce tools such as nx or turborepo without really needing or understanding them.

Then you end up with an intermediate boilerplate on top of commands you actually want to run.

Simple npm workspaces can take you much further than you'd think
