I used to write all of my side projects in JavaScript because it felt faster. Now, I go back to old ones and cringe when it's not in Typescript. Makes it so much harder to figure out what's going on.

What do you think you’ll be using when you feel cringe about your current code?

I wonder if someday we'll feel that way about React?

I get nervous even thinking about some of my old stuff. So much jquery that I imagine would create a black hole that enveloped the world should I try to run it now.
