i use a lil app called SelfControl where i block X, etc. for a couple of hours. recommended!

I got one called cold turkey. You pay 35 euro once, lifetime subscription. Comes with browser extension and desktop app so... I block a lot of stuff throughout the day:)) On my phone I now got screenzen which asks you whether it's really important and well.. You realize nah more often than not 🙃

Screenzen is great too! What I like about selfcontrol is it’s brutally simple, it just blocks and nothing else, no schedules or slots 😁
