Looks great! You guys could easily expand this to any token using @safe on any chain with our API. We pay for gas, manage bridges, on-ramps etc without holding custody.

I agree - SPVs don’t scale and secondary market on-chain trades are unusable for everyday users. imo the only RWAs that could be easily issued on-chain in the short term are loyalty points. They could drive widespread on-chain adoption, convincing institutions to progressively tokenize their assets.

Debating 2 model so far: 1. Traditional: Brands mint SMILE at say 0.013 USDC, burn at say 0.008 USDC. More stability across brands, providing simplified redemption 2. Volatile: Fixed supply of SMILE, brands buy and redeem at market rates (similar to Blackbird). More speculation, but complex redemption.

Very cool idea! Reminds me of Visa's non-stock corporate structure, which helped them secure exclusives with banks. I could see this model turn Delta Medallion members into non-stock corporate members, who receive points instead of shareholder dividends.💡
