I was a fan of physicsgirl. Are you saying this is psychosomatic? https://youtu.be/vydgkCCXbTA?si=qrjJcKxJKdyZpFxs

Thank you. I really hope the Trump supporters here can find the humility to watch this. Crypto is about giving financial freedom and power to everyone. Dictators don’t share power.

It’s a quote from John Kelly, Trump sec of Homeland Security and chief of staff found here. There’s a recording of the interview too. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/10/22/us/politics/john-kelly-trump-fitness-character.html

I’m so ready for this. I’m just so over the same 7 states deciding every election and having the folks who live in other states not have their vote count. It’s a national office let everyone’s vote count!

What happened to the Elon that wanted to accelerate the transition to renewable energy to mitigate the effects of climate change and make life multi-planetary? Is this just retribution for having to close some factories during COVID when he didn’t want to? I thinks he’s mentally ill.

Are you suggesting that folks wading across the Rio Grande river are out bidding couples bidding on houses? I doubt it, but even if they are a working free market should increase supply to meet demand. Bigger factors are nimby’s who have a vested interest in constraining supply to inflate the price of their homes and institutional buyers scooping up residential real estate as a place to park capitol in an separate asset class from stocks and bonds. The Harris plan to address red tape blocking building will do more to address the root issues than mass deportations.

I would be interested in hearing VanEck’s / uniswap’s perspectives on the implications to ether as an asset and the impact of liquidity fragmentation on defi. Rollups are extractive now. Will the L1 be squeezed dry before the roadmap can be implemented?

I wish that Harris would say anti trust instead of “price gouging” which everyone interprets as price controls. I’m getting this from scramucci that she does not mean price controls.

100%. We cannot “fix” the high cost of housing without hurting those that are vested in appreciation. Keeping supply low is a corner piece of nimbyism. Any ideas on how we can change course?

A government shutdown would have likely hurt Harris. So I definitely have a party bias too.

Faith in our government institutions among Americans is so low that it threatens our democracy. A government shut is not a failure of a party it’s a failure of congress. Democrats and the speaker put country over party. We need more of this.

Do you see Ukraine giving up territory and making grantees to not join nato or the eu as as long term solution?
