Very true! The prequels by Kevin Herbert and and Kevin Anderson are very good though! I’ve read Dune maybe 10 times and the prequels filled in so much!

I think this really starts with vendors accepting USDC. I was walking down to Bicycle Coffee several times a week to do onchain purchases last summer. Ultimately they dropped it due to issues with the POS software. The customer experience was fantastic but the vendor experience needed to be better.
