why don’t people form small groups (3-5) around an interest, create a channel, and cast/reply to each other? it could: 1. amplify reach (shared audiences) 2. create richer, more dynamic discussions (shared effort) 3. build deeper connections maybe it feels like extra work or it’s hard to find each other?

That's what @zwillow @janicka @theonlycakeone and @podom.eth and I have started doing recently. The thought which I discussed recently was that Small communities and channels need to join up and be a bigger group consisting of multiple channels (what the difference between 100k channel and 10 10k channels as long as it's different people) I'm here to help others if they need that growth help or just mentorship to give them that push to finally make their own channel etc. To me it's not hard finding people. It's building that trust with new people that you don't "know". It just takes time.

By & large, I agree with u. For better or worse, here’s my 2 🐸 cents… When I got here, it was like the community pool. U hang with erryone & naturally find people w the same vibes. Now we all have our own pools. Frenz invite me to their pools & they can come to mine whenever. Is that better? IDK 🤷

I see that and I agree, were all just in our pools which are kind of like how it was back then just within itself. Who knows what's better... Regardless we will be fine it's just a matter of how many good decisions are made to create explosive growth momentum when needed. Change is going to happen. It's extremely difficult to navigate change in uncharted territory like where we are right now.
