I second the proposal

Currently, the quantity of allowances that the caster has is more important than the quality of the cast, and the strategy of mutual tip-offs among peers has become more effective.

1. Boosts for casts on certain channels should be eliminated.
2. How about allocating a percentage of the allowance to channels instead of distributing it directly to individuals?
Distribution within the channel could be left to the moderators or allocated for impressions collected by the cast
