If you had to come up with a startup idea today, given everything you’ve seen and learned, how would you approach picking something?

My view is the great startup ideas are the result of 5-10 years of sustained deep dive in the specific domain, a near totality of relevant knowledge. I lack that in any single area today -- the flip side of the breadth of awareness I have now.
