Ohhh, how was it? I’ve been to Cuba 17 years ago. Probably it has changed a bit. Where have you been in the country?

I’m a writer and an editor. I love art, literature, music, and to drink good coffee. I practice Ashtanga yoga. I’m here to connect and learn. 

Trinidad, Cienfuegos, town where bay of pigs was (forget the name), and a few places in Havana, ohh and the town where old man and the sea was based upon 

Happy and kind people but a ton of trash around, rolling blackouts, lack of soap, paper was scare, idk it seemed in bad shape. I have been to 60+ countries so have some experiences. Toothpaste was like
Gold. I kept being asked if I had extra 

Anything specific you wanna know?

When I went there, there were also scarcely. I brought toilet paper and many other amenities. But there were no blackouts. The country is beautiful and people are very nice. But the ongoing embargo is killing the country. It is a pity bc the people suffer the most.
