how is there a daily winner yet the jackpot still grows? 

i understand that the LPs likely win but does that come out of the pot?

When LPs win, the jackpot + players’ entries are added to LPs position. Since the jackpot was originally from LPs’ position, LPs’ position basically grows by that day’s players’ entries

We then create the next jackpot from LP positions. Thus, the jackpot grows by an amount that’s approximately the players’ entries from the day before
