We thought hard about being a @moxie.eth Hero this week and how we'll celebrate that. Introducing Pkok Finterviews - Cast-form farcaster interviews, 20 questions to some of our favorite people. We aim to tell stories of phenomenal individuals shaping the art ecosystem on web3. It's also a great way for us and other heroes to get to know and engage with them. Oh! each interview starts with /degen love. But wait, there's more! These Finterviews are not restricted to only those we tag. If you'd like to participate, just respond to the questions and join the party, everybody is invited to be a part of these Finterviews. Tell us more about yourself, read other people's stories and hopefully we all get to know each other better by the end. Pkok Finterviews, a 🧵

I think a masterpiece is something that: evokes emotion in you, makes you think, expresses an idea or perspective, is technically advanced, and is the embodiment of a person's own style and way of life.

Welcome to our Finterview, Rahele! How would you describe your artistic style to someone unfamiliar with your work?

Thank you! My illustration style involves using symbols to convey deep human emotions. To approach this, I use psychology and philosophy and mix it with my own lived experiences.

What initially drew you to art, and how did your journey as an artist begin?

I've come to understand that art is the best way for me to communicate with the world. This is the only way for me to express myself, and without it, I'm silent in my own world. So, I studied Graphic Design. For a while, I was the art director of a magazine, and afterwards, fueled by my lifelong interest, I embarked on a journey into the realm of illustration, where I've been active ever since.

One of my university professors greatly impacted my perspective. and a friend also introduced me to a psychology professor afterwards, which significantly influenced my way of thinking. These small events have made a big difference in my intellectual journey, and I remain grateful for them.

My experience in the Web3 world, particularly on Farcaster, has been a slow but steady movement. I have made valuable friends in this space, and I'm proud to have them. I believe that having meaningful connections is more important than having a lot of connections.

I've always loved getting to know more artists. I was already familiar with some of them and followed their work, while I met others on Farcaster. One of the amazing artists I got to know early on when I joined Farcaster was @mikkolagerstedt . Their art is incredibly captivating.

You were lucky to meet and know one of the masters in this space. Two days ago, he participated in our Finterview as well. Can you share a moment when you felt truly proud or fulfilled as an artist?

Yes,I am. I read that conversation, it was amazing. (My response may be a bit irrelevant!) I once did a job for a client, and the moment she saw the piece, she connected with it so deeply that she started crying. At that very moment, she sent me a voice message expressing her satisfaction with tears in her voice. That was a beautiful moment for me!

This really sounds like one of those fulfilling moments! But speaking of beauty, what does it mean to you as an artist?

I'm sorry for the delay. "Beauty", in my opinion, is a complex concept. It can be said that something is beautiful when it is placed exactly where it should be. It is a kind of purity and honesty. A kind of oneness and uniqueness. And by "beauty", I do not mean Greek aesthetic beauty. I mean anything that can evoke that unique feeling in humans.

You speak of beauty in a beautiful way. What do you want people to feel or experience when they see your work?

Thanks. I want people to see themselves in my work. My works are a mirror that reflects human emotions and feelings. I want to tell them that whatever they feel, they are not alone. We all have pains and sorrows, fears and hopes in life, and the only way to help each other is to understand and be kind to each other.
