For Manu, nature has always been both an escape and a teacher. She describes her artistic process as listening—allowing the wind, water, and shifting light to dictate movement, much like a brush on canvas. Her journey as an artist has been anything but linear. Growing up in a small one-bedroom apartment, surrounded by darkness—both literal and metaphorical—she turned to art as a means of survival. Drawing became her subconscious language, an outlet for emotions too complex to articulate. A locked purple diary held her thoughts, while her imagination carved out a safe space where reality couldn’t reach her. In this space, nature became her solace, offering familiarity and protection in its wild, untamed state.

With a foundation in Fine Arts, Manu shifted toward New Media, working in boutique design agencies and later stepping into the world of interactive media. Her career led her to New York City, where she took on roles that merged creativity with technology—designing brand identities, working in innovation labs, and collaborating with major companies like Adobe and Google. As an Adobe Ambassador and usability tester, she played an active role in shaping industry-leading software, ensuring that creative tools evolved to meet the needs of modern artists.

Today, Manu's work is as diverse as her journey. Whether exploring bright pastels, abstract compositions, or shadowy underworlds, she masterfully blends aesthetics and storytelling, creating art that mirrors the full spectrum of human emotion. Her latest work compels viewers to turn inward, using art as a gateway to self-reflection.
