"pursuit of happiness" or "happiness of pursuit"? I think the latter is better, and with age I've come to appreciate that more. Has the modern Western way of thinking over indexed on the former?

Yeah, I reckon so too, Ed. ⚡️✨✨ Huxley: "Happiness is like coke*, you get it by doing something else." Lao Tzu: "A good traveler has no fixed plans and is not intent upon arriving." __ * coke == fuel derived from coal (not coca-cola)
