Some info i uncovered about it. Indeed very ominous. Built in 1992 it was constructed in the Netherlands. located in Spaarnwoude park, nature area. 26 meter wide discs. The artificial hill forms part of a training circuit, sitting in line with irregularly stacked concrete blocks that serve as a recreational climbing wall.
