I did my postdoc research on sleep and discovered new genetic variants for sleep duration and timing (when you want to wake up and go to bed) the one sleep advice I have is don’t try to change what your natural rhythm is to meet some weird Saratoga water idealβ€”if you work best late then just wake up late
